A distinguished academic and expert in economics and public policy. Her research focuses on sustainable development, trade remedies, trade policies, food security, climate change, health policies, and sovereign wealth fund investments.

Mrs. Xu is a legal professional specializing in international commercial and trade dispute resolution. Holding a Master’s of Law from Zhejiang A & F University and a Bachelor’s in Legal English from Northwest University of Political Science and Law.

Extensive experience in commercial litigation and business setup.

An experienced consultant in international development, international trade rules, and economic reforms.

Extensive experience in data analysis and trade remedy investigations. Previously a senior inspector at the National Production Protection Directorate.
