Notable Achievements
Assisting Industry Growth: We have successfully assisted industries such as the Jordanian galvanized coil sheets sector and the A4 paper industry in increasing applied Most Favored Nation (MFN) rates on imported products under Article 2 of the GATT 1994. These efforts have significantly contributed to the protection and growth of these industries.
Customs Evaluation and Trade Compliance: Our firm successfully represented a General Motors dealership in Jordan in a customs evaluation case under the WTO’s Customs Evaluation Agreement.
