Riyadh - The GCC-Bureau of Technical Secretariat for Anti Injurious Practices in International Trade (GCC-TSAIP) has initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of Sanitary Wares made from Porcelain and Ceramic originating from the People’s Republic of China and the Republic of India.
The initiation followed the acceptance of the anti-dumping complaint filed by Al Armouti Law Firm on behalf of the GCC industry, represented by Saudi Ceramics, Porsalina Arabian Company For Ceramics, and SIDC Ceramics . These companies, supported by (SRAYA) from Saudi Arabia and RAK Ceramics from the UAE, represent over 80% of the GCC's total production of the said products.
The initiation of this anti-dumping investigation conforms with the GCC Common Law on Anti-Dumping, Countervailing, and Safeguard Measures.
