US Maintains Trade-Remedy Measures on OCTG Following Sunset Reviews

The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined that revoking existing trade-remedy measures on certain Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) from India, South Korea, Türkiye, Ukraine and Vietnam would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.

As a result, the anti-dumping duty orders covering imports from the five countries will remain in place. Countervailing duty orders concerning imports from India and Türkiye will also continue.
