Ukraine Initiates Anti-Dumping Investigation into Irrigation Equipment Imports from Saudi Arabia, UAE, Turkey and China
The Government of Ukraine has officially initiated an anti-dumping investigation into the import of Irrigation equipment and devices used in agriculture — specifically items applied for irrigation and related water distribution systems (HS ex 8424 82 10 00 – 8424 82 90 90) originating from Turkey, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia, and China. This investigation follows a complaint from Ukrainian agricultural equipment manufacturers alleging unfair pricing practices that harm domestic producers.
According to the notice, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine will conduct the investigation. Interested parties have 30 days from the publication of this notice to register their involvement and request hearings. Additionally, written comments regarding the investigation’s proceedings will be accepted and reviewed within 60 days of publication, provided they are supported by factual information.
