Saudi Arabia’s General Authority of Foreign Trade is currently conducting an anti-dumping investigation into multi-layer duplex cardboard with a grey back and a white or other-colored face, weighing 180–500 g/m², originating from China and India. The investigation was initiated on 19 August 2026.
GAFT also lists ongoing Saudi anti-dumping investigations concerning epoxy resins from China, India, Korea, and Taiwan, and aluminum easy-open ends for beverage cans from China.
At GCC level, a separate expiry review concerning anti-dumping measures on certain aluminum alloy sheets, plates and strips from China was initiated on 21 April 2026. The GCC’s original measure on the relevant aluminum alloys was due to expire in July 2026, making the expiry review particularly important for producers, exporters and importers operating across GCC markets.
