AL ARMOUTI has advised the Chinese mobile applications company One Mena on its business operations in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Areas covered were restrictions on e-publication, content distribution, company registrations, investment laws, labor laws, intellectual property laws, and data protection. 

One Mena is a Chinese company engaged in the mobile internet business, serving for the 490 million Arabic-speaking users in the Middle East and North Africa. OM has  a multinational team of more than 200 persons. It is headquartered in Beijing, with offices in many countries, including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
